The leadership team is headed by Manish Haria, CMD of Anakin Management Consultants… An entrepreneur with a checkered background of successfully running diverse businesses has now brought together likeminded corporate executives for setting up this unique, one of its kind management consulting organization.

	Pritul Sanghavi Senior Vice President Pritul has more than 15 years experience across various industries like Plastics, IT and recruitments. He was the General Manager at INX Executive Search Pvt. Ltd; heading recruitment projects for clients like FedEx, Star TV, Standard Chartered bank, CNBC, INX Media, INX News, etc.



	Fazal Mogal Vice President Fazal is a founder member of Anakin, being an industry specialist in Human Capital with experience of over 9 years in organizations like INX and Kelly Services in various leadership roles. Earlier he was with Planman Consulting as AVP for CRTS and Media vertical. He brings on board an analytical bent of mind, out-of-the-box thinking, and an ability to challenge conventional wisdom.
